What should I eat to regrow the hair that I have lost from my diet?

How long will it take for it to grow back? Will it look the same? I had sooo much hair, but now it has greatly thinned out. I'm pretty sad about it. I lost 45 lbs and most of my hair.



Should I eat eggs, red meat, milk, yogurt...all the things I dislike? How about centrum vitamins?
