Sounds like either low thyroid , allergies, or mange. If the skin looks fine where the hair has been, I would lean to the thyroid problem. If it is sore looking it would be allergies or mange. One kind of mange is easily treated, but one is not. Please see a vet.

the above are excellent-but as an left wing question,you didnt use any baby oil in her bath or anything like cleaning her eyespots? because baby oil will make some toy breeds(and siamese cats) lose hair.
