NOOOOO.... my hair is extremeley curly and i flat iron my hair all the time and people say that will make your hair straighter but mine ont he other hand doesnt right after i wash my hair it goes right back to being extremely curly

no since they will grow out curly and not straight. the relaxer only affects the hair that's grown out, and not the one that is yet to grow.

No...you are only relaxing or perming the hair that is already dead (not the root, where it would change your hair growth and texture). Most people have a problem with relaxers lasting!
