How can I increase my hair growth rate?

Hello



I am 27 years old and have the following hair problem



- Hair growth decreases to 98%



- It becomes like a dry leave of tree. It is breaking same as leave. When ever it bends it break at that place.



- Always feeling like ezcema



- Lost 85% of hair in One year.



- Now Black hair is turning in White



Can you tell me what kind of deases I suffered. I am going to consult with Dermotologist... Could you suggest me What I have to take in considration to improve my hair health



I have been consulted with an skin doctor before, He tested my blood in which all conditions were normal.
